In 2023, through working with a number of women who voluntarily came forward to be coached by Ruby Yau in building the foundation of this relationship coaching business, Ruby Yau had the opportunity to work with a diverse cases of relationship issues; single, breakup, shaky relationship and marriage, love triangle, divorce, and others. These women came from a diverse background and all over the world; America, Canada, Mexico, England, Finland, Spain, Greece, Poland, Albania, Kenya, India, Bhutan, Philippines, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.
During her coaching journey with these women, she came across women from the underprivileged background:

With disability due to chronic illness since young age. Not able to have a career to make a decent living.

Single mother from a low-income country, raising children on her own without alimony to support children's expenses. Children were sent home from school because school fees were not paid.

Single, broke, and jobless on social security benefits.

Full time house wife taking care of children, without income, and no monthly allowance from husband for her personal spending needs.
These women were not able to navigate relationship issues and challenges on their own despite there were already available free knowledge and materials out there to guide them and they did not have the financial means to seek further help. Ruby Yau realises if she was not there to take care of them, these underprivileged women will continue to suffer in deep pain and lost in their lives because of their disadvantage situations unlike those women who have better financial means.

Ruby Yau feels the plights of these women and would like to continue reaching out to more underprivileged women who have been left behind or overlooked by giving away a few hours of her coaching time every month. All women should have equal opportunities to grow and shine regardless of their circumstances. And so, The Healing Light concession coaching program is born to heal and enlighten the underprivileged women with the mission to give them a transformed and peaceful life in their relationships. In this program, the underprivileged women will be coached and taken care by Ruby Yau for a period of time. This is a no fee concession coaching program.

Who are the underprivileged women? Women who are jobless, on low income, on social security benefits, single mother without alimony, and with disabilities and illnesses (limited ability to work).

This program is strictly reserved for the underprivileged women. It is NOT applicable for women who have savings or financial support from family or other sources for private coaching.
Ruby Yau values honesty and integrity. All details submitted MUST BE TRUE. Application with false details about your financial status and background will not be processed and concession coaching will be terminated at any point automatically.
Number of places are very limited. Assessment and selection are subject to availability, eligibility, and on a discretion basis by Ruby Yau.
